Move #10 Twist Step Left and Brush Knee


Spiral up all the way up to the head on one leg

Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.    

After twisting the step, spiral up all the way to the top of the head. At the same time expand the front and back arms straight out. Three points stretched - head and both hands

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more you can go to the next move.   

  1. Feet are in proper directions

  2. Correct stepping

  3. The shoulders and the hips in sync with each other.

  4. Spiral up and stay balance.

Common Mistakes:
