Move #13 Brush Knee


Push the right palm forward to shoulder height, thumb lined up with centre of the body, left palm pressed down above the knee with fingertips pointing towards the centre.

Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.      


At the end position reach out forward at shoulder height with right hand to feel the back stretching.

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more you can go to the next move.   

  1. Feet are in proper directions

  2. Correct stepping

  3. The shoulders and the hips in sync with each other.
