Move #14 Chop with Fist


Push up from back foot and punch out the right fist in one stroke

Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.      


Not recommend for extra stretching with this move.

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more you can go to the next move.   

  1. Feet are in proper directions

  2. Correct stepping

  3. The shoulders and the hips in sync with each other.

  4. Correct baqua step lined up with other foot

  5. Push up and punch in one stroke 

  6. Arms move smoothly
