Move #15 Step Up, Deflect, Parry and Punch


Punch in straight line from the hip to the front centre

Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.      


Sitting low and extend the left hand forward and right fist by the waist.

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more you can go to the next move.   

  1. Feet are in proper directions

  2. Correct stepping

  3. The shoulders and the hips in sync with each other.

  4. Bring back foot forward first before sitting and step. 

  5. Fist punch out straight from the hip
