Move #16 Apparent Close-up

Objective:

Push both hands evenly from heart level


Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.      

 

Sink weight down into front leg hip-joint and extend both arms forward.

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more you can go to the next move.   

  1. Feet are in proper directions

  2. Correct stepping

  3. The shoulders and the hips in sync with each other.

  4. Wipe arm with left wrist.

  5. Palms are lineup to push forward from heart level.
