Move #4  Single Whip


Smooth heel-toe-turn from facing the front to facing the back

Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.      

Stand all the way up at the end of the turn and free the other leg to come with the turn and right arm straighten out to the right of body.

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more you can go to the next move.   

1. Feet are in proper directions

2. Correct stepping 

3. The shoulders in sync with the hips. 

4. Smooth turn around from the front to the back.
