Move #6  Stork Cools Wings

Objective:

Equal and opposite force in the palms


Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.      

 

Push top palm up and bottom palm down as much as you can and stand extra tall 

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more you can go to the next move.   

  1. Feet are in proper directions

  2. Correct stepping

  3. The shoulders and the hips in sync with each other.

  4. Arms are round and express equal and opposite force in the palms.
