Move #7  Brush Knee


Sink all the weight on front leg at the end, in preparation for making a half step in the next move.

Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.      


Sink weight down into front leg hip-joint and extend right arm forward at shoulder height.

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more you can go to the next move.   

  1. Feet are in proper directions

  2. Correct stepping

  3. The shoulders and the hips in sync with each other.

  4. Sink all the weight onto the front leg.
