Move #8  Play the Peipa


Have a small distance between the feet when making the half step

Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.      


Pushing from the front ball-of-the-foot to the top of the head and end up with weight on back straight leg.

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more you can go to the next move.   

  1. Feet are in proper directions

  2. Correct stepping

  3. The shoulders and the hips in sync with each other.

  4. Correct half step with small space between feet.
