Move #17 Cross Hands

Objective:

Finish with a good Donyu


Extra Stretching:

For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.      

 

Squat down as low as you can to open up the hip-joints

Self Assessment:

After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective? 

If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more, you have learned the TaiChi17 exercise. Practice daily the complete set 4 or 5 times consecutively.

  1. Feet are in proper directions

  2. Correct stepping

  3. The shoulders and the hips in sync with each other.

  4. Feet are relatively line up after the heel-toe-turn.
