Objective:
Finish with a good Donyu
Extra Stretching:
For opening the joints, careful not to over stretch the tendons.
Squat down as low as you can to open up the hip-joints
Self Assessment:
After doing the move 10 times how many times can you reach the objective?
If you can reach the following objective 5 times or more, you have learned the TaiChi17 exercise. Practice daily the complete set 4 or 5 times consecutively.
Feet are in proper directions
Correct stepping
The shoulders and the hips in sync with each other.
Feet are relatively line up after the heel-toe-turn.
